Why is my product not showing on my storefront?

Check if your product is:

• published
• set to Public visibility
• not saved as Draft

Private products are hidden from public storefronts and only accessible through direct links.

Why is my product image missing?

Some shopping platforms limit automatic image detection.

If an image does not load automatically, you can:

• upload your own image
• paste a direct image URL manually

Supported formats include JPG, PNG, WebP, and GIF.

Why is my category not showing publicly?

Categories with no live public products stay hidden automatically.

Make sure:

• products inside the category are published
• visibility is set to Public

Categories are available for PRO Plan users.

Why can’t I change my username?

Usernames normally cannot be changed after signup.

Accounts created using Google Sign In can change their username one time only.

Why can’t I change my email?

For security and account integrity, email addresses cannot be changed after account creation.

Make sure to use a permanent and accessible email during signup.

I didn’t receive my verification email

Check:

• spam folder
• promotions tab
• filtered inbox folders

You can also use the Resend verification email option from the verification screen.

Why is my storefront not updating?

Sometimes browsers temporarily cache older versions of pages.

Try:

• refreshing the page
• reopening the link
• clearing browser cache
• waiting a few minutes after saving changes

Why are my links not working?

Make sure:

• the full URL is pasted correctly
• the link is publicly accessible
• the product page still exists on the external platform

Broken or deleted external pages may stop working inside your storefront.

Why can’t visitors see my private product?

Private products are only accessible through direct product links.

They:

• do not appear on your public storefront
• are hidden from discovery
• are hidden from search indexing

Private products are available for OG Creator users.

Why can’t I add more products?

Free accounts can publish up to 5 products.

Pro plans unlock unlimited published products.

Why can’t I add more social links?

Free accounts support up to 4 social links.

PRO plans support up to 10 social or contact links.

Why does my storefront look different on mobile?
